In search of a new set of tools to navigate the changing and difficult dynamic of an intensive, 14-year cross-cultural relationship between myself, an American, and an Ethiopian man, the universe provided me with the perfect guide, Alex. Our first contact is many years back when I was looking for a facilitator for systemic constellations in Kenya. The constellations Alex facilitates are a practical way to create a shift in your life. Over the years we have also used individual and couples counselling sessions, breathing (I don’t like it but I have to admit it has supported me in changing certain aspects in my life), shadow work (extremely valuable in terms of personal development and working on aspects of self).
